Holistic Psychotherapy,
Workshops & Creative Practice
in the Northern Illawarra, Dharawal Country.

A safe and reflective space for healing, self-discovery, and creative expression.

Welcome

I’m Jade Fisher — a writer, holistic psychotherapist, and facilitator based in the Northern Illawarra, on Dharawal Country.

I offer therapy for women navigating transformations. My work attends to the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — with compassion, respect and enthusiasm.

Alongside 1:1 therapy, and my own writing practice, I am the founder of Magic Night — a 10-week arts-research residency on cultivating Aliveness.

My Approach

Process-oriented — trusting the natural unfolding of life’s movement.
Phenomenological — direct experiencing reveals meaning in the sacred ordinary.
Relational — everything is interconnected and in conversation.

Grounded in humanistic therapy and process-oriented psychology, my work is shaped by loving compassion, and deep respect for each person’s capacity to make meaning of their own life.

I am particularly interested in thresholds — those initiatory moments when an old chapter is thinning and a new one is waiting to be written. The work is not about fixing, but about listening, discerning, and participating consciously in one’s own becoming.

Creativity in Practice

Imagination and creativity are woven through this work. In my view, all beings are artists of life — all of us bringing our brush strokes to the great canvas, our notes to the symphony, all vital to the richness of the whole.

My special interest is in the practice of bringing a poet’s sensibility to the material of everyday living — and thereby alchemising our stories, patterns, losses, and pathways into a poetry of life.

What is more heartbreakingly human than to find tenderness and meaning in one’s own unfolding, to recognise a miracle?

It is a joy to me to sit in that space of becoming, and I offer my heartfelt invitation to anyone seeking a renewal of inspiration for living, those seeking to remember love, and those seeking to touch a deeper understanding of themselves and their belonging to the earth.

A Wider Belonging

Personal and collective transformation are not separate. The work we do together is also a gesture toward the wellbeing of the wider world.

A portion of every session fee contributes to community initiatives.
