about jade
I’m drawn to seekers, initiates, dreamers, artists and those longing to look at the world through their poet’s eye…
I come to Holistic Psychotherapy from a creative background as a writer, with a BA in Creative Writing, and qualifications in filmmaking and narrative theory.
I lived my own recovery journey through complex trauma and bereavement, and from that place of sacred desperation I was awed to find…
Healing is real.
Guided by a desire to live more fully into what I was experiencing, I pursued post-graduate studies in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Along the way I felt I was continuously rediscovering the continuum between creative arts and healing arts. The modern idea of an integrated approach is actually a very ancient idea.
I now ask:
What is being born? What is dying?
I’m interested in non-conformity, how tending to the heart-space fits us into a lineage of resistance, how by our being-ness we support collective liberation.
As a PACFA Reg. Practising member I engage in consistent supervision and continuing professional development. I’m dedicated to showing up fully in practice and holding space with professionalism and true care.
